Sometimes your gut is simply wrong...

Should you always follow your intuition? Not so fast.

We often hear: "Listen to your body, trust yourself, follow your intuition." And it sounds beautiful... in theory. But what if our internal compass is off? What if, after years of chasing our careers, managing our families, and accumulating stress and anxiety, we no longer know what’s truly good for us?

It’s like those intuitive eating tips: "Eat when your body asks for it." Great! But what if our body has lost its bearings? If our intuition just tells us to eat all the time, is it really a good idea to follow it blindly?

The truth is, many of us have spent years in our heads: overthinking, worrying, responding to others' needs.
The result? We've lost touch with our own bodies. We no longer know what truly makes us feel good. We can’t tell if we need rest or movement, if we’re stressed or just tired.

And this is where yoga is an invaluable tool. Because on the mat, we learn to listen again. To test, explore, feel. To distinguish what nourishes us from what drains us. Gradually, this ability seeps into our everyday lives. And one day, we just know.

We know whether we need to move or to rest. We know what truly makes us feel good. And, finally, we can follow our intuition. An intuition realigned with what we genuinely need.

It sounds simple, and it can be once you know what to do and have the right support.

That's precisely why I created the "Body & Mind Reset" program. To help those who feel disconnected from their bodies and intuition.

Over the course of 3 months, I guide you in calming your mind and rebuilding this essential connection with your body. With a balanced blend of yoga, mindfulness practices, and self-care routines, this program will support you step-by-step in finding your center, regaining confidence in your feelings, and finally listening to that inner voice with clarity.

It's not always easy to find your way when you're starting out with yoga and you're faced with the multitude of styles that exist. It puts off more than a few people, which is completely normal, but it's also such a shame 🐘 That's why I've decided to create an episode on my French podcast that breaks down each of the main styles in a simple and clear way, so you know which style speaks to you, and which ones you'd rather avoid. And I thought you'd appreciate a little summary in English :)...

A letter you've been meaning to send for 3 weeks, a conversation you're avoiding, paperwork that's been lingering in the back of your mind... This week, I want to talk to you about the paralysis we feel when facing action. As someone who struggles with anxiety, it's a topic I've had to confront often, and last week, a client shared with me: "This week, I'm going to focus on not being afraid of judgement so I can finally take action." Perhaps you've told yourself something similar? It's so...

Ever noticed your back pain gets worse when you have a rough day? Or that tension in your neck magically appears when you open your emails in the morning? And magically disappears when you're on holiday? It's not a coincidence. In my email last week, I talked about the fact that stress is a physical and physiological phenomenon. And that can lead us to be stuck in a vicious cycle. Pain appears (from an injury or sitting too much), you try everything – doctors, scans, massages, Google – but...
