So... how did your zero-hour go?

Hey,

It's been 5 days since I challenged you to try the zero-hour method.

So here's my question: did you try it?

And if you did... how did it go?

I'm genuinely curious. Did you wake up a bit earlier? Did you press play on one of the videos I shared? Did you manage all 5 days or did life get in the way?

Let me be so clear: there's no "perfect" here. Maybe you only did it twice. Maybe you tried Level 1 and realised you need more sleep (fair enough). Maybe you discovered that 5 minutes of breathing before getting out of bed actually makes a huge difference.

Whatever happened, I want to hear about it ☺️

  • If it worked for you: Tell me! What did you notice? More energy? Less rushing? A shift in how Mondays feel? I love hearing these stories and they help other people see what's possible.
  • If it didn't work: That's valuable too. What got in the way? Was it the timing? The type of activity? Understanding what doesn't work is just as important as finding what does.
  • If you didn't try it at all: Absolutely no judgment. Sometimes we're not ready for a change, or the timing isn't right, or we just forget. But I'm curious: what stopped you? Was the challenge too ambitious? Did something else take priority?

The really cool thing about mornings is that you get a fresh one every single day. So don't beat yourself up and try again tomorrow!

Still struggling?

If you tried the challenge and realised you want more support, or if you're struggling to make it stick on your own, I have something for you.

I've just opened a few spots for my Zero-Hour Kickstart, a 1:1 program to build your perfect morning routine in one week.

"But Clem, I've tried so many morning routines and nothing has ever worked for me..."

I hear you, and that's exactly why I created this.

I had to try many different things before I found what worked for me. Before I realised that generic routines don't work. What works is a routine built FOR you, with your real constraints, your schedule, your energy levels.

Here's what we do together:

1:1 Consultation (45 min): We co-create your ideal morning routine based on your real life, not some Instagram fantasy. You won't need to wake up at 5am, I promise.
Private yoga session (60 min): You experience your routine with me in real time. We fine-tune what doesn't feel right. You leave knowing exactly what to do.
7-day accountability: I'm there to help you stay on track, adjust as needed, and keep you accountable (gently).

Result after one week: A morning routine that actually fits your life + the habit installed + more energy for the rest of your day.

Investment: 97€

I'm only taking 2 people to ensure quality support, and I'm closing the registrations this Sunday 30/11.

Whether you join the Kickstart or keep experimenting on your own, I'm right there with you. Reply to this email and let me know where you're at. I read every response 🧡

There are two fundamental skills I believe everyone should develop as early as possible: emotional regulation and body awareness. Most people get why emotional regulation matters. It's the ability to recognise an emotion arriving, identify it precisely (sometimes anger is actually fear, or a subtler feeling like injustice), and pause before responding... so you can respond thoughtfully rather than reactively. But body awareness's trickier. You might be thinking: "Of course I know when I'm in...

It's not a secret that I've been dealing with anxiety for a long, long time. I often feel like my brain is working against me, telling me that I don't do enough, that I could do more, and that whatever I do, I better do perfectly (or else). I'm dealing with that much better than I used to, but I'm also aware this is something I will have to deal with forever. Still, I'm always looking for ways to make sure the anxiety doesn't take too much space. Which led me to the realisation that I had...

"I don't want to do yoga, I want to start a revolution!" "I don't want to calm down, I want to change everything!" If you don't know her... she's an icon I completely understand the sentiment. The powers that be want us to calm down, to be docile, to accept things as they are, and to let them get on with their dodgy dealings on their own. If we do yoga, aren't we playing right into their hands, really? And why should it be our responsibility to calm ourselves down, when we'd be much calmer if...
