January Recap - Well done, we did it!!

We did it! We survived the 147 days of January! Yay us 🥳

I think everyone I know went through the wringer in some form in the last month. So if that's your case too, please be assured: you're not alone.

With Yoga with Clem members, we decided to acknowledge that. We don't want to power through, ignoring how we feel, but we also want to make sure we're rebuilding our energy little by little.

How do we do that? Indulging in short yoga routines (because we know how transformative 10 minutes of movement can be), working through our feelings of frustration to better manage them, and lots of mutual support, because everything's easier when you feel heard and understood.

I'm currently at capacity, but if you'd like to join our little community, I encourage you to answer these few questions.

Once you've submitted the form, I will tell you if and how I can help. You'll receive all the info with zero obligation to join, and as soon as the doors open again, you'll be the first to know 🤗

Live Online Yoga Classes

Did you know that I give an online yoga class every Thursday at 18:00?

It's a mixed-level class which you can join with or without your cam on. It's not a beginner's class, but I give tons of options so that you can find the right level of challenge for you.

It's an amazing way to carve an hour during your week where you focus only on yourself, your body, your mind, your well-being.

You can attend it live, or I'll send you the recording if the time isn't right.

Follow this link if you'd like to know more and come do yoga with me 💕

1 little gift from me :)

I have created a new resource that will help you create a routine you'll love:

A self-care planner where you can track daily habits (morning/evening routine, digital detox, nutrition, movement breaks… and anything you would like to get more of).

It’s a Google Sheet (I showed it to an Excel expert and he called it “the most beautiful Sheet I’ve ever seen” 😎, and it’s clearly made for people who like to track data, tick boxes, see progress bars… and get motivation from doing it.

If you'd like to try it, click the button. I would love for you to tell me what you think of it!

Alright, I hope this was helpful, take care!

Om, peace 🧡

Calling all French speakers! (or at least understanders) I'm excited to announce that: It's my birthday. I'm currently on holiday in Rome.but more importantly... Starting Monday 14 April, I'm starting a new weekly online yoga class designed especially for stressed out millenials like you. In just 60 minutes a week, you'll release tension, improve your posture, and calm your mind... all from the comfort of your home. It's the best if like me, you hate the idea of having to go to a studio or a...

On Monday I got up in the morning and went to the kitchen to make myself a coffee. The sink was empty, the kitchen spotless, even though I did a big cooking session the night before. Last night’s tired version of me had done the dishes. I even took a photo cause I was so pleased with myself And I told myself: “I love myself for having this habit of washing the dishes right after cooking. It’s such a nice present to my future self.” Whenever I speak to myself in such a nice way, I’m always a...

Has it ever happened to you that you had a completely free day, and you thought you’d have plenty of time to check off loads of tasks from your to-do list… only to end up spinning your wheels all day long? Yeah, me neither… 😬 I realised that on days when my schedule is packed, I get way more done. Whereas when my day is wide open, I spend forever deciding what to do, I get easily distracted… and in the end, nothing (or almost nothing) gets done. We actually need constraints. I know, it sounds...
